Reservation Cancellation Policy
We want you to have an exceptional experience with us. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy.  
Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a positive experience booking with us. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

Arriving
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, fill out any necessary forms and enjoy a cup of coffee, water or delicious herbal tea. Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client. Note: If your appointment is first thing in the morning, you don't need to arrive early.
We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift certificates) without the opportunity to reschedule. For this reason we recommend that you plan ahead for your relaxing visit to our spa. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location and travel directions.

Laser Appointments
When booking, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to hold your reservation. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card until your service is completed. Upon completion you'll be able to pay for your services with your choice of Visa, MasterCard, debit or cash. If you don't have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your services in cash (24 hours in advance) to hold your reservation.

Cancellations
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your appointment please call us at 519 734-1565 at least 24 hours in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) may result in full charges (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates and pre-paid appointments). We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy because we often schedule service providers especially for you.

Multiple Services, Group Bookings and Spa Reservations (for services of $200+ and prepaid treatments)
Multiple service appointments, groups of 3 or more people and those services valued at $200 or more, require 48 hours notice for cancellation. In the event that you do not inform us of your cancellation, you will forfeit your service completely. A credit card with 50% down payment is required to guarantee all multiple services and group spa packages at the time of booking. Gift cards with sufficient value may also be used to reserve an appointment booking. They are treated the same as a credit card. In the case of a cancellation, we require at least 2 days notice at which time the down payment will be returned to you. Cancellations beyond this timeframe will be charged 50% of the service amount on your credit card. No show appointments and those cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full service amount on your credit card. To avoid last minute cancellation fees, you may replace yourself with another person to fill your reserved spot. Prepaid service appointments will be forfeited for all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and for no shows.

Appointment Reminders
We offer appointment reminders by both phone 2 days in advance and email 3 days in advance. Please check to make sure you are subscribed to receive our email. We do our best to help you with reminders and we recommend that clients note the date/time of their services through other means because ultimately each person is responsible for keeping their appointment with us.
